CWC Celebrates California Writers Week

As designated by California State Legislature and gubernatorial proclamation, we observe California Writers Week every third week of October with events and activities to commemorate the occasion. For instance, the East Sierra Branch has curated a month-long display at Ridgecrest Branch Library and, on Saturday, October 23, at Ridgecrest’s Red Rock Books, an afternoon of local authors, book signings, word games with prizes, refreshments, and discounts on store merchandise.
