Napa (In-Person): Ten Cookbooks that Changed How America Eats

$5 Fee for members, $7 for non-members. Students with ID – free.

“Ten Cookbooks that Changed How America Eats”

 

Napa Valley Writers will feature Janet Fletcher, James Beard award-winning food writer. She is the author or co-author of more than 30 books on food and beverage, including the just-released Audible lecture series Cultured: The Epic Story of Cheese.   

Janet publishes the weekly Planet Cheese blog and is the cheese columnist for Specialty Food and Tasting Panel magazines. Janet teaches cooking and cheese-appreciation classes around the country. She is a past president of the San Francisco Professional Food Society.

Napa Valley Writers, a branch of the California Writers Club, holds meetings at Napa Valley Unitarian Universalists, 1625 Salvador Avenue, Napa. Cost is $5 for members, $7 for non-members.
