San Joaquin (Zoom): Learn About Copyediting

The next meeting of the San Joaquin Valley Writers Club will take place on Zoom on Saturday, January 14 at noon.
Pam Van Allen does copyediting and line editing for short stories, novels, and memoir. Some authors are apprehensive about having their work edited because the process seems mysterious. In this presentation, Pam will demonstrate how she makes suggestions for improving a manuscript. She will provide her rationale for each change based on principles from the Chicago Manual of Style and other writing resources.
Whizzits is her indie publishing company. She provides the gamut of services for self-published authors.
