California Writers Club – Documents

The California Writers Club incorporated in 1913. Because the Articles of Incorporation state that the corporation would exist for 50 years “from and after the date of its incorporation,” an amendment was needed in the 1960s to extend the life of the organization. One was filed in 1967 declaring “that the corporation shall exist perpetually.” Subsequent amendments were added in 1994 and 1995. The documents below are provided for their importance to the historical record.
